STAGESThe Blue Ranges Estate will develop over time. It is anticipated that the 1st Stage will be due for release in 2011 - subject to planning approvals. There are currently four stages in the Master plan, with the specific timing of each release linked to market conditions and completion dates of the necessary development approvals.
