The Development

Blue Ranges was formed by some of the most experienced developers and planners in the Murray and Mandurah regions. Having project managed and developed rural and residential estates in the area over many years, they appreciate and understand the needs of those looking to build their dream home today but who also view property ownership as an important and long term investment opportunity.

With the growth in the Western Australian mining and resources sector, there is continued pressure for land. With the positive demand for residential property in Perth and the Peel Region and with limited availability of new special rural estates, the goal is to provide buyers with an affordable yet attractive place to live and raise a family.

To maintain the unique appeal of the Estate for current and future owners, Blue Ranges will encourage development and construction guidelines to maintain consistency and quality of all building and infrastructure within the project. The Estate layout, infrastructure and building designs will be based on the latest concepts in terms of low environmental impact and increased sustainability. Careful planning will ensure proper and responsible land use and promote harmony with the natural beauty and attractiveness of the bushland setting.
